I just don't understand why the rules need to be so tough? there won't be a difference between ammy and pro? I with they'd look into what some of the surrounding states are doing and at least match them? they think they need a cut of the total $ which I totally understand to pay iowa tax, which is a part and was brought up too. but they won't be getting any if this stands! its just amazing as to what happens when big brother gets involved,
